By booking with Hawaii State Tours, you agree to the following terms:

 

Bookings & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• All prices are listed in USD and subject to applicable taxes and fees.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the tour receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded.

 

Participant Responsibilities

• Guests must arrive on time at the designated meeting point.

• Hawaii State Tours is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival.

• Guests should inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before the tour.

 

Liability Waiver
Participation in tours is at your own risk. Hawaii State Tours is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss, except where required by law.

 

Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify or substitute elements of the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
